  If I could give no stars I would. It's been three weeks since my brother passed away and I thought I was just being overly sensitive. It's been three weeks and I am still mad. There are two people who were there with us. One was an older gentleman who was amazing and the other was a stalky middle aged blood woman. She mad me MAD. On the day of the viewing she got mad at my sister-in-law for touching my brother and wiping off some of the makeup, and trying to find her was impossible because she was hiding in the very back office playing on her phone. Secondly, my brother was not a religious person, none of us are. When my mother went there they said they would make programs for us for free along with a poster with his picture. Literally everything they made had some weird religious quote on it after we asked there not to be. Thirdly, when we were doing the services, we were all gathered in the room with him, we were trying to have a moment of silence for respect for him and to give us some time away from all there other people there. We shut the doors and not even a few seconds latter the blond lady comes walking in, slowly shoves her way to the middle of the room and very loudly says " the funeral will be starting at 11 sharp, we need you all in the other room now so we can get started soon." Then pushes her way back out and stands by the door waiting for us to leave. Finally, after everything is done they come to the front and tell us we all have to leave right away because they over booked and someone else was right after us.it was very irritating and disrespectful!! I can't believe how unprofessional and cold they are. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I just wish I had knows so we could have done Sean's funeral somewhere better.

  I had the most amazing experience with Broomhead funeral home, especially considering how difficult of a time it was. They were priced competitively, but took care of everything for us. They made such a difficult thing bearable by doing everything for us, even things they didn't have to. They held our hand through it all. I would highly recommend them! They are a great family.

  My mother passed last August. From the moment they came to the house to remove my mom to the final moment when we placed her at the cemetery, they were attentive, kind, gentle and reverent. Even with nearly 80 children and grandchildren combined and all there watching every minute Laura and the rest of the staff made us feel like we were the only thing going on and truly made it a comfortable and memorable experience.

  I highly recommend Broomhead Funeral Home. In the past three years they have helped our family twice through extremely difficult circumstances. They have been kind, compassionate and have
  helped us say goodbye in the way we wanted. Their service to us was amazing, and greatly appreciated!
